Landmark Columbus Foundation announces Beth Hughes as new Director of Civic Connections
Columbus, Indiana — Landmark Columbus Foundation (LCF) has appointed Beth Hughes as Director of Civic Connections, a new role leading the organization’s efforts to strengthen relationships with civic partners, donors, and institutional collaborators across Columbus and the state.
In this role, Hughes will cultivate relationships with civic partners, donors, sponsors, institutional collaborators, and community stakeholders. She will support fundraising initiatives and strategic partnerships while helping expand LCF’s collaborative in support of design excellence, cultural heritage, and civic life.

Hughes brings to LCF a background spanning public-sector communications, business leadership, and community building. Most recently, she served as Marketing Manager for the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department, where she helped connect residents to public programs and civic initiatives. Prior to that, she spent more than four years as President and Managing Broker of CENTURY 21 Breeden Realtors, leading organizational strategy, team development, and partnerships. Hughes' earlier leadership roles in banking and financial services further developed her expertise in relationship management and organizational leadership. Hughes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bellarmine University.
